Room cleanliness wasn't up to par. I found debris under the bed!!! Sound insulation needs serious improvement. noise from the lifts was intrusive!!!

The views from the top floor sauna were stunning, especially during sunset. The infinity pool was also worth a visit, even if I could only enjoy it once!

We had a great time at this hotel with friends, enjoying the stunning views and the spacious rooms. The breakfast is a must-try, and we loved exploring local attractions like nearby museums and parks. The staff was very helpful, making our stay smooth and memorable.

Unfortunately, we were not provided the to-go breakfast boxes offered at check-in, which was disappointing given that breakfast was included.

I had a wonderful stay at Myriad By Sana Hotels. The river views from my room were breathtaking. The bathroom exceeded my expectations with a separate tub and shower. Breakfast featured a wide variety of delicious options. The staff provided attentive service throughout my visit. However, the pillows could be improved for more comfort. Some light fixtures in the room were confusing to use, with odd switch placements. There were also a few maintenance issues, like a loose toilet seat that needed fixing. Despite these few drawbacks, the experience was mostly enjoyable.

Some jets in the pool were unreliable, making for a less-than-ideal swim experience. I noticed the plug in the bath didn't function properly, which was a bit inconvenient. While the room impressed with its aesthetics and space, the air conditioning had inconsistent temperature control, which affected comfort during warmer hours.

The room was modern and spacious, with a cool swing chair and great coffee/tea setup. We had amazing views of the river—def definitely a highlight. The decor was stylish, and it felt really cozy. Only downside was the cleanliness was a bit off—could've used a deeper clean in some corners. But overall, pretty comfy and enjoyable stay.

the hotel had a spectacular view over the river, making my morning coffee feel really special. The nearby Vasco da Gama Tower was just a short walk away and really impressive to check out.
